R G Smithson (Ricardo): Hello, I'M Richard Smithson I've been drawing since I was a young boy and haven't kicked the habit since I also loved watching the old cartoons of the 30's, 40's and 50's. Well maybe a little bit of the 20's but they were just animating as they went along. However, I still enjoy watching the stuff of today, most CGI work impresses me, so much creativity is put towards making films like Rango, Monsters Inc, Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs, Wreck-it Ralph and How to train your dragon. I also enjoy stop motion too, Jan svankmayer, the Brothers Quay, Aardman and Screen Novelties are just a few examples that I'm influenced by.
